This is not a good product ..guys this is honest review m writing here These tablets only gives u acidity heart burn a lots of gas Don't take them .. without consulting ur doctor...no calcium only gas it gives...

I am using Himalayan calcium . It’s very beneficial.. my knee pain is very less now .. I like this product..

Have taken the tablets for two weeks now, it creates a lot of discomforts and sensations in stomach. One sure thing is stomach bloating, and burning sensation in the chest. I tried taking it at different times , still doesn't work.

I am supplementing calcium and Vit D as I continue breastfeeding longer. This supplement seems to be working as well as other standard calcium supp I have taken previously.
